Random Opera Company’s mission is to advance the appreciation and performance of opera in all its forms. We do this by creating performance opportunities for young and emerging artists, to foster their engagement with the art form and support their career development; by developing links with arts organisations and professionals to share expertise and support; by bringing professional performances
to communities at accessible prices; by exploring the interaction of Opera with other art forms; and by enabling the creation and performance of both new and rarely-seen works. We can only do this through the generous support of our donors, who ensure that we can make our activities accessible to all. Since Random Opera Company was set up in 2011, we have performed at numerous venues, as well as creating film productions and remotely-recorded online content, and our performances range from small recitals to fully staged productions. We rely on the generosity of a small number of donors who are motivated to see live opera being performed, and to support emerging artists.
