We are a proud band today - Christian Birch is running the TCS London Marathon raising money for Mind, a fantastic charity doing excellent work in the UK. 💙🧠

Join us this afternoon!

We kick off our FREE Saturday Lunchtime Concert Series this Saturday with the fabulous Rugby Town Concert Band directed by Dominic Birch. Saturday 11th April. Refreshments available from 12noon with the concert starting at 1pm. Free concert with retiring collection. EVERYONE WELCOME!

Do you play a brass 🎺, woodwind 🎷, or even a percussive 🥁 instrument?

Maybe you did a few years ago, and fancy playing again?

are looking for new players to join their growing membership. We are a friendly group of musicians, interested in having fun playing to a good standard.

We play a variety of music including film themes, pop and classics.

We've just been awarded a Gold award 🏅 by the National Concert Band Festival judging panel, so we're not too shabby.

We do one major concert each term (our next one’s theme is space) along with the odd open air or smaller event.

📆 We practice on Sunday evenings 6:15-8:45 in Rugby.

Interested? Get in touch - you'll need to be over 18 and we recommend players are Grade 5 standard.

What a fantastic concert! 🎷🎶

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us, we hope you all had a fantastic night, and thank you for all the kind words. We were also delighted to have been joined by the Mayor of Rugby for our 10th concert!

This term saw RTCB really put our sound to the test as we took part in this year's National Concert Band Festival, and it is with great pleasure that I get to announce that we were awarded GOLD 🏅for our performance of Stephenson's Rocket, and Spirited Away.

Everyone who took part did a fantastic job, and it has been amazing to see such dedication and care from the band. The fact that our group consists of such a range of people, backgrounds, and musical ability, whilst creating such a welcoming environment to anyone who is willing to play is such a gift; Only to be topped by the sheer quality of music performed is phenomenal.

We're looking forward to our return in spring, especially to tackle one of the great film score: Star Wars!

We hope to see you there! 📆

Christmas countdown is on! Lots of chances to catch us over the coming weeks , including Rugby's Fire and Ice Festival tomorrow (30 Nov) where we'll be on the Halo stage from 4pm. Thank you to St Peter and St John Church for inviting us to their Christmas Fair today 😁 🎶 🎅 Looking forward to our 'Naughty or Nice' Concert 2025 on Sat 20 Dec.

Thank you to everyone who came out to listen to us play yesterday! It was a really fun event, and was mostly dry, right up until we started playing "In the Navy" ⚓... ☂️🌧️
