EQuIP and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are working in partnership to explore the potential in establishing a Disability Forum for Nuneaton and Bedworth. The aim is to create a space where residents in the borough with a disability, along with carers, can share their views and help shape local services in becoming more inclusive.

To help us understand the level of interest and how a forum could work best, we have created a short survey. Your feedback will play an important role in informing the next steps and ensuring any future forum reflects the needs of the local community.

You can access the survey here: https://s.surveyplanet.com/thj6lxjp

The survey will close on 31st March 2026, so we would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete it before then. Alternatively, if you would prefer to provide your feedback over the phone, then please speak to EQuIP by calling 0330 135 6606.

The Government has launched a consultation to invite residents, businesses, and key stakeholders, to have their say on what Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) should look like in Warwickshire.

LGR is the process in which the structure and responsibilities of local authorities are reconfigured, and Government has set out plans to move away from the current two-tier system of district and county councils in England.

If you would like to share your views on LGR in Warwickshire, the easiest way to take part is to provide your feedback through the online survey.

The consultation is open from Thursday 5 February - Thursday 26 March.
