The awards, voted for and presented by the referees, are a fantastic recognition of the respect, sportsmanship, and positive attitude shown by our players throughout the season. 🤝🌟

To see both teams receive this honour is something everyone involved should be incredibly proud of. These awards reflect not only how our players perform on the pitch, but also the values they demonstrate every time they represent Rochdale AFC. 💙

💙⚽ Our Ability Counts Juniors had a fantastic time at the Greater Manchester Ability Counts Football League Presentation on Saturday, celebrating a season full of hard work, progress, friendship, and plenty of memorable moments on the pitch. 🌟

Seeing our players recognised for their commitment and enthusiasm throughout the year was incredibly special. Every player should be proud of what they have achieved, and it was great to see so many smiles as the season was celebrated together. 🏅

A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, parents, and carers who continue to support the programme and help create opportunities for our players to enjoy football in a positive, inclusive environment. 💙

🌟⚽ DS All Stars – Stars of the Week ⚽🌟

Another brilliant session with our DS All Stars full of energy, effort, and some really exciting football throughout. The players worked hard from start to finish, supported each other brilliantly, and showed some fantastic improvements across the group. 💙

This week’s standout performers go to…

⭐ Wilf – Made a fantastic step up from the Junior Squad into the Seniors and has settled in straight away. Confident, switched on, and improving every week 👏

⭐ Jayden – A real threat going forward with a powerful strike and great eye for goal… and when called upon, he even stepped into goal and did a top job 🥅⚽

Both players were excellent all session and stood out for their effort, attitude, and energy 💪

👏 Well done Wilf & Jayden — keep it up lads!

⚽🥧 One of our favourite traditions of the year!

Our Walking Footballers recently enjoyed the opportunity to Play on the Pitch at the Crown Oil Arena, stepping onto the same surface as their Rochdale AFC heroes and creating some fantastic memories together. 💙

Of course, no Walking Football Play on the Pitch event would be complete without the traditional post-match pies, giving everyone the chance to relax, socialise and celebrate another brilliant occasion! 🙌

Walking Football is a great way to stay active, improve your fitness, meet new people and enjoy the game you love in a fun and friendly environment.

⚽🏆 Young people from our Premier League Kicks programme enjoyed a fantastic Play on the Pitch event at the Crown Oil Arena, just days after Rochdale AFC's unforgettable Wembley Play-Off Final victory!

Participants took to the same pitch as their heroes, while learning valuable lessons about resilience, determination and never giving up – inspired by Dale's incredible comeback from 2-0 down to secure promotion.

A huge thank you to all participants, volunteers and staff who made the evening such a success! 💙⚽
