Introducing Rosannah Jones who will be attending our fundraising event! Rosannah runs her own business as a certified and accredited Menstrual Cycle Coach, where she offers both online and in-person support to women and individuals struggling with menstrual health issues. Specialising in PMS, PMDD, period pain, and amenorrhea, she helps her clients find relief through natural methods while promoting education and awareness about menstrual health.

Day 14 Complete!

Today I completed:

✅ 4 miles

That brings my total to:

🏃‍♀️ 45.80 miles completed out of 60 miles
🎯 14.20 miles left to go

Today was also an Adil and Me Day.

We took part in a family exercise class and a family football session. It was lovely to spend some quality time together, have fun, and just enjoy being active.

Adil was in goal and, i managed to score! ⚽😂

Sometimes it’s the simple moments that mean the most.

Days like today remind me why I’m taking on this challenge. Every child deserves the chance to feel safe, have fun, and make happy memories with the people they love.

Sadly, for many women and children fleeing domestic abuse, life can feel very different. Rebuilding a life after abuse often comes with practical challenges and financial pressures that many people never see.

That’s why I’m walking and running 60 miles this June to raise funds for Soul Sisters: Empowering People
