Happy times with the Amazing Jukebox Revival who entertained to a full house at the Selby Wellbeing and Brain Health Cafe last week. They were joined on stage for a few songs by one of our members! Well done John you rocked!!! Thank you to Jukebox Revival, they will be back in Selby on 23rd December. The cafe runs om Wednesdays from 10am to 12 noon at Portholme Church

Our Northallerton Memory Cafe is a lovely monthly group in Northallerton library, run by Dementia Support Advisor Angela. Here they all are enjoying the October gathering yesterday. The group meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month and the November meet up will be the last one of 2026. The theme is Christmas Traditions. We would love to see you there. Another fun visit from the fabulous Sian from Moving Minds to our Ballerina House Hub Club - getting us all moving and shaking! Thanks to North Yorkshire Sport and David Skaith for the Movement and Sport funding, which enables us to bring more physical activity to our groups
