🌸 शेर्पा संघ बेलायतद्वारा भव्य स्वागत कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न 🌸

मिति १ नोभेम्बर २०२६, आइतबार, शेर्पा संघ बेलायत (Sherpa Association UK) को आयोजनामा आदरणीय खेम्पो पेमा छिरिङ शेर्पाज्यू तथा विश्व शेर्पा संघ (GSA) का नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष श्री सोम्फुरी शेर्पाज्यूको सम्मानमा भव्य स्वागत कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भयो।

कार्यक्रममा शेर्पा संघ बेलायतका अध्यक्षलगायत कार्यसमिति सदस्यहरू, Buddhist Community Centre UK का अध्यक्ष एवं संघका सल्लाहकार श्री आङ दावा च्यावाज्यू, विश्व बौद्ध महासंघका उपाध्यक्ष श्री काजी शेर्पाज्यू तथा अन्य विशिष्ट व्यक्तित्वहरूको गरिमामय उपस्थिति रहेको थियो।

दुवै अतिथिज्यूहरूलाई शेर्पा समुदायको मौलिक संस्कृति र परम्पराअनुसार स्वर्गे, खादा तथा मालाद्वारा स्वागत एवं सम्मान गरिएको थियो।

कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित महानुभावहरूले स्वागत मन्तव्य राख्नुभएको थियो। विश्व शेर्पा संघका अध्यक्ष सोम्फुरी शेर्पाज्यूले आफ्ना विचार व्यक्त गर्नुभयो भने खेम्पो पेमा छिरिङ शेर्पाज्यूले बौद्ध धर्मसम्बन्धी महत्वपूर्ण प्रवचन तथा मार्गदर्शन प्रदान गर्नुभयो।

कार्यक्रमलाई सफल बनाउन उपस्थित हुनुहुने सम्पूर्ण अतिथिज्यूहरू, सल्लाहकारज्यूहरू, कार्यसमिति सदस्यहरू तथा शुभेच्छुक महानुभावहरूमा शेर्पा संघ बेलायतको तर्फबाट हार्दिक धन्यवाद तथा आभार व्यक्त गर्दछौँ।

HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS AND BEST WISHES!

On behalf of Sherpa Association UK, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and warmest wishes to Ms. Shyama Shree Sherpa, the talented producer and actress of the Nepali film ‘Tara’ (The Lost Star), who recently visited the United Kingdom from Sikkim, India.

We are delighted to hear about the successful screening of her film at Empire Hall, Aldershot, on 18 October 2026, where it received tremendous love, appreciation and support from the audience.

We also warmly congratulate her on the recognition and encouragement she received at the Embassy of Nepal in London, particularly from Mr. Bipin Duwadi, Acting Ambassador of Nepal to the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we were not informed of her visit and the film screening programme in advance. Coincidentally, I was also in India attending the 3rd General Convention of the Global Sherpa Association during that period and was therefore unable to attend the event personally.

Had we known about her visit earlier, our Sherpa Association UK Executive Committee members would have been delighted to attend the screening, extend a warm welcome and honour her achievements and contributions.

We sincerely regret missing this wonderful opportunity to meet and recognise her during her visit.

We sincerely hope that Sherpa Association UK will be informed of her future visits to the United Kingdom, so that we may have the pleasure of welcoming her personally, celebrating her achievements and strengthening our cultural connections.

We deeply appreciate her dedication to promoting and preserving the Nepali language, arts, culture and our Sherpa identity on an international platform. Her achievements are a source of pride and inspiration for the Sherpa community in Sikkim and across the world.

We wish Ms. Shyama Shree Sherpa continued success in her artistic journey and look forward to meeting her and exploring opportunities for cultural collaboration in the future.

शेर्पा कलाकार संघकी आदरणीय अध्यक्ष पाल्मु शेर्पाज्यू तथा सम्पूर्ण कलाकार संघ परिवारलाई हृदयदेखि नै हार्दिक धन्यवाद। 🙏

नृत्य तथा गायन प्रशिक्षणका लागि मैले गरेको सानो आर्थिक सहयोगको कदर गर्दै सम्मानपत्र प्रदान गर्नुभएकोमा अत्यन्तै खुसी र आभारी छु।

Heartfelt Thanks to Model & Dancer Asmita Rana

On behalf of Sherpa Association UK, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Asmita Rana for her wonderful dance performance at our Global Sherpa Day Celebration, held on 3 October 2026.

It was our pleasure to honour her with a Certificate of Appreciation and a traditional Khata in recognition of her beautiful performance and contribution to our celebration.

We sincerely appreciate her support and look forward to welcoming her to our future events.

विश्व शेर्पा सम्मेलनको ‘लाभा घोषणापत्र–२०२६’ सार्वजनिक

काठमाडौंमा विश्व शेर्पा सम्मेलनबाट जारी ‘लाभा घोषणापत्र–२०२६’ सार्वजनिक गरिएको छ। नेपाल शेर्पा संघको कार्यालयमा महासचिव रिन्जी शेर्पा र निवर्तमान महासचिव आङ जाङबु शेर्पाले घोषणापत्र सार्वजनिक गरेका हुन्।

अक्टोबर ८ देखि १० सम्म भारतको दार्जिलिङ, सोनादा र लाभामा सम्पन्न सम्मेलनले शेर्पा भाषा, संस्कृति, बौद्ध परम्परा र पहिचान संरक्षण, राष्ट्रिय संघहरूको स्वायत्तता, युवा सहभागिता तथा जलवायु परिवर्तनका चुनौती सामना गर्न विश्वव्यापी सहकार्यमा जोड दिएको छ।
