🛒 Next time you unpack the shopping, keep an eye out for cartons - fruit juice, plant-based milk, soup, custard and more can all go in your blue bin for recycling.

As all our BEXers know, we support any recycling schemes & recycle many things through the BEX ourselves.
This is great news from Fylde Council to recycle more items destined for landfill.

Remember you can recycle the following items through the BEX ♻️
🖨️Used/unwanted/expired printer ink cartridges.
💌Any type of greetings cards.
📮Any unwanted stamps.
📓Books in poor/damaged condition.

You can also donate the following items to be used at the BEX or shared with other charity partners for fundraising:
📚Books & magazines.
🧩Jigsaws.
💿 CDs/DVDs
🎛️Vinyl records
📼VHS / music cassettes
🎧Audio cassettes / discs
♟️🎲🎮Toys & games

Share the recycling information & let's do our best to keep perfectly good items out of landfill & on to a new life.

♻️ Recycling update for Fylde residents!

You can now recycle the new Pringles tubes in your brown paper & cardboard bin - just remove the foil lining and plastic lid first.

Plus, more items can now be recycled in your blue wheeled bin:
✅ Tetra Pak cartons
✅ Empty, intact toothpaste tubes

No changes to rigid plastics - plastic bottles, tubs, pots and trays are all still welcome in your blue bin as before.
