Last Friday we had a go at learning to make Hammer flowers-the results were not great, but we had a good laugh having a go!
More successful was trying out grown up sticker by numbers. A kingfisher and hummingbird were completed. These are good to do on your own or in a group. We'll have some more of these sticker this Friday including cats.

This Friday 22nd May (1-3pm) we will be making some felt brooches or felt pin cushions.

Come along and enjoy refreshments and good company. Details on the flyer.

Last Friday we had Gardening and Gratitude. Some people did weeding and others used die printer to make beautiful Gratitude journals.
Both are really good for our mental health-take notice and give thanks, and stay active.
This Friday 1st May we will be filling some planters with lovely flowers. Come along and have a brew and meet some lovely people. Regenerage 1-3pm
