Burnby Hall June Update

The Two Ridings funded project to enclose the Stewart Room is now nearing completion. A special thank you to Steve McMillan for his skillful joinery adapting the existing panelling with the new wall and door.

Work on the main lobby entrance is also underway. Energy efficient LED lighting has been installed in the newly created lobby. Decoration of the lobby and portico main entrance, along with the two new counselling/consulting rooms will begin in July.

The project to create a new reception/charity office has also started. This project will hopefully be completed by late July.

The Town Council funded project to paint the exterior woodwork on the front and side elevations of Burnby Hall is at an advanced stage. The project has been delayed as a result of adverse weather conditions, but should be completed in the next two to three weeks.

Finally, restoration of the sky-light above the central staircase is now complete. The external and internal scaffolding will be removed shortly.

• A simple base sequence to grow confidence

• Adjustments (where active consent given)

• Dedicated time for Savasana

How much will it be:

First 2 weeks of each class are £5, option to pay online or cash on the door available.

A few spare mats are available for new starters so please get in touch with Helen directly to reserve one.
