What a fantastic Wellbeing Wednesday at the hub! 🫶

The whole building was buzzing with energy as we hosted a full day dedicated to health and wellness, open to everyone in our community.

From diabetes eye checks, liver scans, and blood tests, to "know your numbers" stations measuring BMI, body fat percentage, blood pressure, visceral fat, and muscle mass, there was something for everyone.🩺 Attendees also accessed dietary specialist advice, vaccines, seated exercise sessions, mental health support, resources from Age UK, Plymouth Community Homes, and so much more!

We can't wait to do it all over again next year! A massive thank you to all the amazing staff and partners who facilitated the day, and to every single person who came along👩‍⚕️

From non-stop soft play action and birthday celebrations to a fully booked 3G pitch with DJM League matches, plus our neighbours Plymouth Albion playing at home, the site is going to be buzzing with energy all weekend! 🙌

Because of the huge line-up, our car park is expected to be very busy and spaces will be limited. 🚗💨

To keep your visit smooth and stress-free, we strongly recommend checking out our Match Day Travel Guide before setting off. It includes handy advice on alternative transport, local bus routes, and overflow parking options!
