Bring up to 10 clean, good-quality adult clothing items and swap them for a voucher (No underwear, please)

We are so proud to share what an incredible new network our team has been helping to build!
One of our Community Builders, Martin, has been working in a brilliant collaboration alongside Marbs (Marbles Lost and Found CIC) and Glenn (Wellbeing Engagement Lead at Four Greens) to set up CAPE!
The launch event with local professionals and community organisations was absolutely buzzing.
Together, they have built a brand-new website that puts all of Plymouth’s men's mental health support, hobby spaces, and social sports groups into one clear, easy-to-use directory. It’s also an amazing tool for local professionals to signpost people to the right spaces.

It was great to attend the launch of CAPE - Plymouth, a Men's Mental Health Network here in Plymouth.

Every Friday at The Hub at Foulston Park a veterans cafe is available, in partnership with Help For Heroes and Four Greens Community Trust.

Come along from 11am to 1pm where you will be welcomed with a cuppa and a chat with friends in the Bright Solicitors Suite.
