Plymouth People First Self-advocacy groups Plymouth People First is an independent speaking up organisation run by and for adults with a learning disability.

We have nine self-advocacy groups across Plymouth in various centres and locations. We discuss: making choices, employment, health, rights, safety, campaigning, personalisation and making sure information is accessible.
