Construction and Installation of a new 125;000litre storm water storage tank in the Woodland area off Holtwolt Road.

The expected completion date is 31 July 2026.
The path will be open weekdays from 5pm-8am and all day at weekends.

The sale of cards donated by Sue has raised £94 for the Defibrillator fund in less than a week. You are all so generous thank you.

We are still collecting memberships and have about 35 still to collect. We may have already called on you when you were out. We will get back to you hopefully in the next 10 days.
So many members have generously donated the optional £4, that the total going to the defibrillator fund is going to exceed £500!!!!!! There will be full details including the total raised purchasing Sue’s cards in the next newsletter.

The committee would like to thank you all for your support last Saturday at the AGM.
There will be a full report in the next newsletter.
Your generosity raised £30.85 in the tea and coffee donation bucket for the defibrillator fund. Further to this almost everyone that paid subs added the £4 to the fund raising a further £176!
We are now just over halfway through collecting annual subs and can report so far of the 114 collected £374 has been raised by Janet’s suggestion of adding a discretionary £4 donation when paying subs!

Trustmark have today re-confirmed that, "The business ‘Royal Park Home Specialists’ does not hold TrustMark registration and therefore, you can inform others of this, if necessary."

I've attached photo of back and front of leaflet that was dropped around the site about a week ago now. I was having a look into them and found they were not registered with Trustmark as shown on the leaflet. Not sure about Fairtrades as email bounced backed from my query with them.

As I have had an email back from Trustmark confirming they are not registered under that name I haven't looked any further into Fairtrades Registration.

If GPRA decide to consider giving residents a "heads up" I do have the chain of emails with Trustmark, but would not want them shared outside of GPRA or Berkeley's.

The company that is cold canvassing for ECO heat pumps has not been given permission to cold canvass. If you are one of the people that he has told that the park manager has given him permission, he has already lied to you! The park manager contacted us on 10th April informing us that ECO heating was not given permission to canvass and could we post this information on Facebook.
