A message from Berkeleyparks head office..........................

Good Afternoon
We have been informed that UKEM has mail-dropped a letter regarding the installation of heat pumps.

Please be advised that UKEM do not have Berkeleyparks approval or consent to carry out works nor have we endorsed them to carry out any works.

Those wishing to install a heat pump, whether or not supplied by UKEM, must follow the refurbishment process.

The water works due to start on the 26th (letter was delivered last week) has now been brought forward and due to start on the 19th October.

Also, there is now an updated re-furb form, Could you let residents know if they have spare old one stored, not to use them else they will be asked to re do them.

A Gentle Reminder to All Residents 🌿

Our Park Manager has informed our Chairman that the green leaf bins will be available for residents to use.

However, please be mindful that if anything other than LEAVES is placed in these bins, they may have to be withdrawn permanently.

We kindly ask everyone to use the bins responsibly and ensure that only appropriate garden LEAVES is disposed of in them. Please also be aware that some residents have CCTV cameras which may cover the bin area.

We would hate to lose this facility, so your cooperation and consideration would be greatly appreciated. Let’s all do our bit to keep this service available for everyone.

Hi It’s Rose from Elm Road. Any chance you could please put this post on for me. Last Monday, a parcel I was expecting was delivered by DPD, but sadly not to my address. It looks from the photo they have provided that it might have hopefully been delivered to someone on the park. The problem is people know me as Rose Martin, but the parcel is in my correct first name of Monica Martin. So if anyone has taken a parcel in for a Monica Martin of 2 Elm Road, then it is mine. Please could you let me know if this is you and I will gladly come and collect it from you. Many thanks. Rose.
