Back by popular demand! Our fun, festive Rag Wreath Worksops are back for 2026. ❄️❄️❄️
We have a range of wreaths available this year so prices range from £8 for a small ring wreath (suitable for a child or solo making project) up to £15 for a large family sized/group project wreath. 🎄🎄🎄
All materials supplied but if you have some fabric or items youd like to repurpose feel free to bring them along. We can't wait to see you 🥰

🌲 Tinker Tank: Forest Mazes, Pinball & Puzzles! ⚙️

Looking for a cosy, creative activity to kick off Bonfire Night? Join us for our next Tinker Tank after-school session on Thursday 5th November!

Using foraged seasonal treasures from the forest, children will get hands-on designing and building their very own mazes, pinball machines, and marble run puzzles to take home.

It’s a lovely, relaxing way to warm up and get creative straight after school before heading out to the fireworks later in the evening! 🎆✨

✨ A little room refresh at The Plot! ✨

Things might look a little different next time you visit us!

We just wanted to let you know we have been moving things around and refreshing our space to make room for more exploring, creating, tinkering and playing together.

Our space is always evolving alongside the children and families who use it, and we’re excited for you to come in, have a look around and discover what’s new!

As always, there’s no right or wrong way to explore, it is just a welcoming space to follow your curiosity, try something new and see where your ideas take you.

We can’t wait to welcome you into our rearranged room at The Plot!

Last Saturday, we came together for our final Intertidal session as part of Sea for Yourself project and what a lovely way to finish our journey of curiosity, creativity and discovery!

We explored the impact of ocean acidification and what happens when the chemistry of our seas changes. Through hands-on exploration, we had the opportunity to think about the challenges facing our oceans and why understanding them matters.

Then we got creative, making beautiful sea bubble art! Watching bubbles transform into colourful patterns gave us a chance to experiment, play and create something wonderfully unique.

It’s been wonderful sharing these Intertidal sessions, encouraging curiosity about Plymouth Sound and discovering new ways to connect with the sea through art, science and play.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on this journey and to Plymouth Culture for allowing us to be part of the project.

And although our sessions have come to an end, the story of Intertidal isn’t quite finished…

From curious conversations about the sea to the extraordinary sight of cars filling and emptying with the tide, Intertidal has given us so much to think about!
