Ford Park Cemetery is a charitable trust and a working cemetery.

Ford Park is a working cemetery and offers all of the services you would expect from a modern cemetery, from traditional and green burials, grave maintenance and (for a small charge) searches of burial records. First opened in 1848, Ford Park offers a fantastic opportunity to explore our Victorian heritage, enjoy the wealth of natural history, or simply take a moment to breathe and soak up the peace within the grounds. Not only is Ford Park a cemetery, it is also a space for displays, talks, quizzes and concerts (see below for details). The well equipped visitors centre holds regular exhibitions and also has café facilities serving hot drinks and home made cakes!
