Another sunny week! ☀️

Lots to celebrate this week - we’ve managed to confirm TWO NEW GROUP VOLUNTEERING ROLES! Based on our adults interest/goals! 🥳

We’re also in full swing in our recruitment process, our application deadline has passed and our group has taken full responsibility of our face to face interviews, as they will be the sole interviewers! ✍️

Not only are they gaining confidence, but they’re gaining vital interview skills, from the perspective of the employer. 💻

I can’t wait to see where these skills take them 🤩

It’s been an outdoorsy week for us this week 🌱🪴🪾

From community litter picking to planting and exploring, we’ve been out and about creating opportunities for our adults to connect and get involved with community initiatives 💛

Also, an A+ to us for battling the Wind on Wednesday like absolute pros! 😂 🌬️
