Hands up if you’ve got three different dress sizes hanging in your wardrobe! 🙋‍♀️

Here’s something fascinating.

In Britain, standardised clothing sizing has historically been voluntary. Manufacturers don’t all have to use identical measurements.

So you could be a size 12 in one shop, a 14 in another and a 16 somewhere else.

Your body hasn’t changed. The sizing system has.

Here’s something I wish more women knew: your body isn’t the problem.

Clothing sizes are based on standardised systems, not your individual shape.
