Whittlesey Explorers have done a great job this evening of litter picking along the banks of the bower on foot and on the river by paddleboards. The river looks great in readiness for the Big Bash Event on Sunday.
During the evening they collected 3 bags of various rubbish and recovered a shopping trolley from the river. This has been returned to the Co-op.
