If you are racing the Scottish Enduro this weekend at Dunkeld, remember you are welcome to join the Fresh Cuts end of programme celebration and film night from 18:00-20:00!

Join us in in the stretch tent in the event village to watch the short films that this years cohort have been working on. Films featured will be:

'Fa We Are' - A stunningly cinematic insight into the many adventure sports on offer across the landscapes of Aberdeenshire by Andrew Leinster.

'Written in the Land' - A spectacular bikepacking and gravel adventure from Glasgow to the summit of Cairngorm Mountain, exploring how Gaelic language, history and culture are woven into the landscapes around us. A film by Somhairle Johnston.

'The UK Trails Project' - An insightful film that shows how the UKTP is changing how trail management happens across the UK. Featuring Scottish destinations, Aberfoyle and the Tweed Valley. A film by Jamie Edmondson

'Finding Balance' - For the first time, a Trail Therapy film from the perspective of the practitioner. A gentle, reflective film by Monica Anderson.

'Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue - Always There' - A journey of discovery for film maker Bryn Appleton. As a regular ultra racer and rider, he often finds himself in remote, wild places which drove him to want to find out about the volunteers who are always there when we need them most.

'Changing Lives Though Cycling' - a film by Finlay Anderson highlighting the impact that the Scottish Cycling Foundation, and the three funds it manages, has across cycling in all its facets.

Food trucks on site will be serving delicious food, warm up films and good vibes from 17:00! See you there 🥰

Fresh Cuts End of Programme Exhibition at the Scottish Enduro Series, Dunkeld

Join us on Saturday 13th June 2026 in the event village at Round 3 of the Scottish Enduro Series in Dunkeld for a special evening celebrating the Fresh Cuts programme and the incredible young creatives involved.

The 2026 cohort will be showcasing their films and speaking about their experiences on the programme, sharing the stories, skills and creativity developed throughout the year.

We’ll also be joined by members of the 2025 cohort, who’ll be talking about how Fresh Cuts has helped shape their careers so far, the projects they’ve gone on to work on since leaving the programme, and their ambitions for the future.

We’ll hear from some of the key people behind the programme, offering insight into why Fresh Cuts was created, the importance of supporting emerging creative talent within mountain biking, and how initiatives like this help cement Scotland’s place on the global stage for cycling, events and creative storytelling.

Expect:
✨ Film screenings
✨ Rider and filmmaker stories
✨ Guest speakers
✨ Food trucks
✨ Stretch tents
✨ Ambient lighting
✨ Relaxed festival vibes

The exhibition and film night is open to all racers, supporters and event attendees taking part in the SES weekend, so come along, grab some food, watch some brilliant films and help us celebrate the end of a truly unique programme.
