Opportunity for new leading drummer at Tweedvale Pipe Band

Due to personal circumstances, a few of our senior drummers have had to take a step back from our 2024 4A Champion of Champions drum corps. It means we now have a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone to take the lead, with plenty of support around you, and become part of a fun, busy, community‑focused competition band

We are based 20 miles south of Edinburgh and also have players who commute from Edinburgh and Glasgow, and lift shares are available, so travel doesn’t need to be a barrier.

There is funding available for tuition for the right candidate, and we’re very open to working with someone who wants to grow into the role.
