As the days get shorter and the seasons change, many of us feel a shift in our mood and energy. You're not alone! At Foxbar Community Gardens, we understand the challenges of mental well-being, especially with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) affecting so many.
🍂 What is SAD? It's a type of depression that comes and goes with the seasons, typically starting in autumn and lasting through winter. Understanding SAD and how it impacts your energy and mood is the first step towards managing it effectively!
