‼️ Reminder: our Halloween Disco is tomorrow night ‼️
Tickets can be bought via ParentPay until lunchtime tomorrow or cash on the door (exact money is always appreciated).
Emergency contact detail forms came home in school bags at the beginning of the week. Please complete these in advance and hand over when checking in with your child - this helps us to keep the queue moving.
As you might imagine, the discos can be noisy with lots of excitable children so if your child is sensitive to noise and they have their own ear defenders we would recommend you send these with them as the school only have a very limited supply. Please also note that this is a Halloween Disco and there will be a variety of costumes on display - some cute, some spooky and some scary! ☠️
We operate a one-way system when collecting your child, so please enter the building via the main door and exit from the side door of the gym hall. We appreciate this may mean doing laps if you have a child in the early disco and another child in the later disco but we do need to get all the little ones out before the big ones arrive and it helps ease congestion.
We look forward to seeing everyone in costume tomorrow - just remind your child to keep any detachable parts of their costume close to hand so they don’t get lost or forgotten at home time.
If anyone else is able to volunteer at either of the discos, please get in touch. We do have a PTC volunteer group for these events that you can be added to if you wish.
