Are you a tenant of FPHA and returning to education? Is a member of your household aged 16 or over and leaving school to go to college, university, an apprenticeship or vocational training?

FPHA understands that the ongoing cost-of-living crisis can make accessing education more challenging. We recognise the importance of investing in education, training and skills development to help broaden opportunities and improve future prospects.

To support our tenants, we may be able to provide assistance towards:
• Course materials and equipment
• Uniform
• Travel Fees
• Laptop or IT equipment (where required for study)

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲?
FPHA tenants or household members aged 16+ who have secured a place at:
• University
• College
• An approved Apprenticeship programme
• Vocational Training

𝐄𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 – 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞:
An admissions or enrolment letter from their university, college or vocational training, confirming:
• Course Title
• Start Date
• Course Duration

A letter from an approved Apprenticeship provider confirming:
• Apprenticeship title
• Start Date
• Duration of programme

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Funding is limited, and applications will be assessed on an individual basis.
• Supporting documentation must be provided before any assistance can be considered.
• Only one round of funding will be available per person.

🚶‍➡️🗣️𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗰𝗵🚶‍➡️🗣️

Our recent Walk & Talk to Lochwinnoch was a great success! 🙌

Despite the typical Scottish weather doing its best to dampen spirits, it certainly didn’t stop us ☔

We all enjoyed a singsong on the bus, a refreshing walk, great conversation, and the opportunity to connect to the outdoors, taking in the beautiful scenery around Lochwinnoch🌳

Along the way, we met some lovely dogs who were more than happy to say hello, adding even more smiles to the day 🐕

After our walk, we enjoyed a well-earned lunch at Linwood Farm, where everyone had the chance to dry off, relax and refuel😋

Rain or shine, it was a fantastic day filled with community spirit, fresh air, good company, and plenty of laughter. We look forward to our next Walk & Talk adventure! 😄

The majority of fires related to e-bikes and e-scooters have happened in homes. These fires are often caused when charging batteries.
