Ferguslie Park Housing Association We are a tenant led, registered social landlord within Ferguslie Park, Paisley. Together we form The Ferguslie Group.

We own just over 800 houses in the community and the Tannahill Centre is our subsidiary. Welcome to the official Ferguslie Park HA page. We have a set of guidelines in place to ensure everyone can enjoy this page. We reserve the right to remove any post and or users in violation of these House Rules

We are pleased to announce the start of our external decoration programme, which will help protect our homes and improve the appearance of the neighbourhood.

Works will be carried out across a number of streets between October 2026 and April 2027.

A full list of the streets included can be found below on our website.

All tenants residing at the affected properties will be notified of the works in advance.

Just a reminder, the Association's AGM is set to take place this evening within the Board Room of the Tannahill Centre.

Doors will open at 5.30pm with refreshments, sandwiches and cakes available before the meeting starts at 6pm. ๐Ÿฅช

As you sign in on the shareholding register, you will be given a raffle ticket to win one of our fabulous prizes. ๐ŸŽ

Invitations have been issued in the post to all of the Association's members.

Congratulations to everyone receiving their results! Whether you're heading to college, university, starting an apprenticeship or beginning vocational training, we wish you every success in this exciting new chapter.

If you're an FPHA tenant, or someone in your household aged 16 or over is continuing their education, our Educational Support Fund can help with some of the costs of getting started.

Support may be available towards:

๐Ÿ‘• Uniform
๐ŸšŒ Travel costs
๐Ÿ’ป A laptop or IT equipment (where it's required for your studies)

To apply, you'll need to provide evidence of your place, such as an enrolment or admissions letter from your college or university, or confirmation from your apprenticeship provider.

Funding is limited, and applications are assessed on an individual basis, so we encourage eligible tenants to apply as soon as possible.
