It was great to bring more than 20 organisations from across Nottingham together for the Big Boccia Conversation last week.

Organised by Boccia England in partnership with Nottingham City Council, the event united local partners with a shared ambition to grow boccia and create more opportunities for disabled people to participate in the sport.

With conversations already leading to tangible next steps, we look forward to continuing to work with partners to create more opportunities to play boccia across Nottingham and help the sport grow.

We're delighted to announce that the BC1–BC4 National Championship Finalists have been confirmed.

Over the past four months, athletes from across England have competed at five National Championship qualifying events, earning ranking points in pursuit of a place at September's Finals.

The final round of National Championship Qualifying took place over the weekend at Sunderland’s Beacon of Light, with vital qualifying points at stake for September’s Finals.

With places still available in all classifications for the Finals in Nottingham and Stoke Mandeville, it was an exciting and thrilling weekend of boccia action!
