The Tomorrow Project

The Tomorrow Project Set up in 2012 in response to local su***des in Nottinghamshire, The Tomorrow Project consists of two distinct pathways of support.

The Tomorrow Project is an award-winning su***de prevention initiative delivered by Harmless, the National Centre of Excellence for Self Harm and Su***de Prevention. Our su***de crisis pathway supports people of all ages in su***de crisis across Nottinghamshire. We provide weekly sessions via face-to-face appointments, telephone calls, or video calls. The su***de crisis pathway also offers a Basse

tlaw-specific crisis service, a su***de crisis text service for adults in Lincolnshire, and support for parents/carers of those in crisis. Our su***de bereavement pathway supports people of all ages who have been affected by a death by su***de. Regardless of their relationship to the deceased or amount time passed since the bereavement, our specialist bereavement team are here to provide emotional and practical support for as long as you need us. We provide this service across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, and Derbyshire. All of our services are free and confidential. We are a warm, compassionate, and hopeful team, and we are here to support you.

If traditional mental health services feel sterile, intimidating or exhausting, our Choir for Hope is built for you. We gather fortnightly to sing, connect and share a space where nobody is judging you. You don’t have to call yourself ‘unwell’, and you don’t have to share your story. Clinicians are in the room as fellow humans if you need advice, but you can also just come, hum along and have a cup of tea in total peace.

No questions, no referrals – just connection, creativity and healing.

The Choir for Hope resumes on Tuesday 8th September with full details available here: https://bit.ly/4rDmBDj
