Notts LGBT+ Network Proudly offering information and support since 1975. We connect and represent the LGBT+ community in Notts to feel empowered everyday.

Notts LGBT+ Network is a registered charity run entirely by unpaid volunteers

Based in central Nottingham, we have been offering support and advice to the county’s LGBT+ community, their friends and family, as well as local organisations and businesses, since 1975

Our network creates a safe space for people looking for information, advice and help relating to LGBT+ issues, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional well-being. We primarily work with over 18’s but we are able to signpost to organisations who work with under 18’s

First rule of Fright Club is to get freaky..

Join Gladrags at Saltbox for Fright Club - on actual Halloween - for a night of deadly drag, twisted performances, campy horror & filthy beats.

Monsters, creatures, ghouls & freaks... assemble! Dress your spookiest, prepare for shows full of shocks and thrills and dance like you have nothing left to lose.

The event is happening on the 31st of October, starting at 8PM!

2 Shows:

Bin Bag – drag creature
Eva Serration – horror queen & manic pixie nightmare
Jada Love – otherworldly performer
King Confuza – father of Monsters
Lemmy Rott – zombie drag & prettiest guy in the morgue
Marilyn Sane – wicked witch of the East Midlands
Nana Arthole – world's oldest girl
Soda Pop – drag super-monster

DJs Baby Tap, Boz & Cherry Emoji will unleash a spine-tingling soundtrack of Halloween classics, eerie sounds, petrifying pop, electrifying electro, spooky rock and much more.

Come looking like a fright!

Today, on National Coming Out Day, we celebrate LGBTQ+ people who are living openly, those who are questioning or exploring their identity, and those who are not yet ready or able to share it. Your identity is valid, your story belongs to you, and you deserve love, respect, and safety at every step 💖

May we continue building a world where nobody has to hide to be accepted, and where every person can be fully themselves on their own terms. 🏳️‍🌈✨🏳️‍⚧️

Today, we’re joining organisations around the world to mark World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme from the World Federation for Mental Health is: “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.”

Listening to people with lived experience of mental health challenges is essential to understanding what matters, improving care and creating services that truly meet people’s needs, and we are committed to this as a Trust.

Everyone’s experience of mental health is different. By listening to people’s experiences, understanding what matters to them and involving them in decisions about their care, we can help make services more responsive, compassionate and accessible. Whether you’re looking after your own mental health, supporting someone you care about, or working to improve mental health services, your voice matters.

If you’re struggling with your mental health, please reach out for support. You don’t have to face things alone. Speak to your GP who can refer you to the most appropriate service.
