I rejected the 2% pay offer! What an insult! After only getting 1.4% last year (the lowest of all the public sector), and now this. Not everyone who works at a University is an academic; many are caterers, cleaners, gardeners, admin etc. On the lower end of the pay scales and in desperate need of a pay rise, that's at least in line with inflation.
