We are having squash at The Northumberland Club in Jesmond area, on Saturday 5th, 1pm - 3pm!

Come along for some squash fun, bring your friends along and have some games. Free to attend, donations welcomed. Squash rackets and water bottles will be provided if needed, squash coach and BSL-English interpreter will be present.

Apologies to all - There is NO Arts & Creativity session happening today, Wednesday 2nd September, at Wallsend.

We will be back as usual with Arts & Creativity next Wednesday 9th September from 12pm - 2pm.

We are doing our tennis singles round robin this week!

Wednesday 2nd September, 6:30pm - 8pm at Beverley Park Lawn Tennis Club in Monkseaton area.

Deaf, hard of hearing, deafened players eligible for round robin to play for singles championship on Friday 18th September.

Anyone wishing to not play in round robin can turn up for regular session as we are having two courts for both regular tennis session and round robin.

Tennis is at 4:30pm to 6pm this week, at Beverley Park Lawn Tennis Club in Whitley Bay area.

Come along to have fun and we will have a discussion of the coming round robins and championships!

We have a WhatsApp Community for deaf awareness NE groups, it is another platform for us to advertise and publish our sessions' activities and events!

We will carry with website, email, Facebook, and Instagram as usual but also adding WhatsApp for the deaf awareness NE Community section.

Join the Community and then you could join groups suited to your interests such as sports or arts or sign practice and more.

The WhatsApp Community is managed by both staff and committee members as Community admins and we also have group admins by staff and committee who goes to these groups often.

Final reminder to all that we are having our squash in August happening this Saturday!

Saturday 8th, 1pm to 3pm, at The Northumberland Club in Jesmond area.

Come along, we are having social play squash this month!

Free to attend, donations welcomed. Anyone is welcomed; Deaf, hard of hearing people, BSL users and oral etc.

We are having Badminton sessions at Hadrian Lesiure Centre on Thursday nights, 7pm to 9pm!

Come along, have some badminton drills and social play in with us. Open to all; Deaf, hard of hearing, hearing people, BSL users or English speakers. Free to attend! Donations welcomed.

Badminton coaches and BSL-English interpreter will be present, badminton rackets and water bottles will be provided.
