For just £2 a ticket, you could win this wheelbarrow full of booze 🍷🍺🍾 (sorry, the wheelbarrow isn’t included—we need that back! 😆).

🎯 We had a blast today at our Showdown Club!

We shook things up and tried some new training drills to help keep our reactions nice and sharp. There were a few near misses with stray balls flying through the air, but that just added to the fun! 😄

Great times, plenty of laughs, and some fantastic teamwork all around.

If you’d like to join us, please get in touch. We can also provide pick-up and drop-off from North Shields Metro, making it even easier to get involved.

We’d love to see some new faces at our next session!

This afternoon Steven and resident Jonathon welcomed a group of staff from Guide Dogs North East for a taster session on our Showdown table.

There were some fierce shots flying around, with one even leaving the table! 🎯😄

A great afternoon of fun, friendly competition, and making connections to help even more people benefit from our services.

If you’d like to try Showdown, we meet every other Monday from 2–4pm and can provide transport from North Shields Metro Station. Get in touch to find out more!

We would like to say a massive thank you once again to Tesco North Shields in the Community for their incredibly generous donation of items to support our upcoming Summer Fair.

Your continued support means so much to us and helps make events like these possible for our residents, families, and the wider community.

Don't forget to join us for our Summer Fair on Saturday 27th June from 2pm–4pm here at Pearey House. There'll be something for everyone, including a BBQ, FREE bouncy castle, new goods and bottle tombolas, refreshments, games, and much more!

Another donation for Pearey House Summer Fair, collected by Steven🥰

Another day, another quiz! This time it was an individual competition using one of Steven’s quiz mats. There were lots of great answers, some important steals, and today’s champion was awarded the famous lemon sherbet prize! 🍋🏆

We also had Bob’s Computer Club, where everyone worked on all things iPad, before finishing the day with a delicious homemade sausage dinner.

Good fun, great laughs, and friendships continuing to grow at Pearey House. 😊

🍷 We Need Your Help! 🍷

We’re on the hunt for full bottles of wine to make our epic Bottle Tombola and Water or Wine Stall extra special at our Summer Fair!

Donations can be dropped off at Pearey House, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm. If you’re unable to get to us, we can arrange to collect them.

Your support will help make our Summer Fair on Saturday 27th June, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Pearey House, a fantastic day for everyone.

Today at Tuesday Club, we enjoyed a competitive 8v8 team quiz! 🧠🎉

All the questions were easy and fun… as long as you knew the answers! 😜

To finish off the afternoon, we tucked into Kirsty’s homemade chicken pie and vegetables – absolutely delicious! 🥧🥕😋

A great day filled with laughter, friendly competition, and good food. 💙
