Bass Rock Community Group We are group of individuals and families who want to put something back into our community. The Group meet once a month on-line, for no more than an hour.

The Bass Rock Community Group was born out of the North Berwick Resilience Group set up during the Covid pandemic to support our local community. It is a group of individuals and families who want to put something back into their community but have limited time to do so because of family, work or other commitments. We plan projects and just get out there and do things. We work with other local gro

ups where and when required. We are open to all and you can give as much or as little of your time as it suits you. Our annual membership fee is £20. This is to cover Insurance and necessary items like reflective tabards so that we can work safely.

🎁 It’s Shoebox Time!

We’ll be taking part in the Blythswood Christmas Shoebox Appeal again this autumn — and first, we need your empty shoeboxes!

Over the next two weeks, please have a look at home and ask family or friends if they have any spare shoeboxes they no longer need.

You can bring them to church and either:

• Hand them in to the Church Office
• Leave them in the entrance lobby on the St Andrew Street side, beside the leaflet table

The boxes will then be wrapped and prepared, ready for people to pick up and fill with gifts.

And don’t forget — asking around for spare shoeboxes can be a great conversation starter too!

More information about filling and returning the boxes will follow in the coming weeks.

This Halloween, come and join us for a coffee morning full of treats (without the tricks)! Whether you’re a witch, wizard, ghost or ghoul (or just someone who loves a good brew), everyone is welcome!

Come and meet our Scouting family and our wider community while helping raise funds for our Scout Group.
