East Lothian Access Panel

East Lothian Access Panel East Lothian Access Panel East Lothian Access Panel was created to promote and improve disabled people’s access to the built and wider environment.

A special relationship with East Lothian Council is expressly aimed to assist people with disabilities in need of help or advice. The Access Panel will help to improve access to a wide range of locally based services. Panel members have personal experience of living with disabilities. They can offer advice and insight on accessing the local built environment, service provision or overcoming other barriers.
