We are super excited to be collaborating with Haddstock this year and bringing a series of sessions on Sat 30th May around climate and nature πΏπ
Haddstock (in Haddington) is a truly excellent family-friendly festival of music, talks and entertainment. Across the Saturday, we have curated a line up that we hope brings practical skills, inspires, is fun and connecting.
This is the perfect chance to learn about climate and nature issues or gain some new easy skills, whilst hanging out at a brilliant festival.
Our line up:
- Bamff Wildland and Ecotourism - 2-3pm, the Poldrate. Talk from one of Scotland's key large-scale rewilding projects, nestled in the hills and agricultural land of North Perthshire π¦«
- Climate & Nature: what is possible in East Lothian, 9.45 - 10.45am, the Trinity Centre. Hear all about what is going on in terms of climate and nature action in the county and how you can get involved πΏ We will be joined by Balanced Horizon Charity , Lil, Wilder Outdoor Education, Growing Matters, Friends of the River Tyne, Cycling UK East Lothian and Lothian Heat amongst others.
- Nature Rich Gardening - 11am-12pm and 1-2pm, East Lothian Flower Farm. A tour and talk about their biodiversity rich growing approach and how you can apply this at home π»
- Climate Bazaar, 11am - 3pm in the Trinty Centre. Drop by to visit stalls and sessions and have a chat π πͺΈπ οΈπ§΅
