Community-led from the offset, the buildings and outdoor amenities will be where local people come together in flexible shared spaces to live well through work, play and learning. The mixed-use facility will create opportunities for local people, community groups and businesses through diverse workspace provision, retail units, training facilities, and flexible event spaces, supporting livelihoods and bringing people together. A year-round programme of opportunities will remove barriers to learning and wellbeing through inclusive, diverse offers for community members young and old.
