🖋️ An hour of poetry, friendship and connection with Hannah Lavery and Michael Pedersen.

Former Edinburgh Makar Hannah Lavery joins current Edinburgh Makar Michael Pedersen for a special conversation exploring creativity, relationships and the communities that shape us.

Award-winning poet and playwright Hannah Lavery is celebrated for her deeply human, socially engaged work across poetry and theatre, while Michael Pedersen - author of Boy Friends and acclaimed novel Muckle Flugga - has become one of Scotland’s most distinctive literary voices.

Together, they’ll reflect on art, identity, belonging and the ties that hold us together in life and in creativity.

Presented in partnership with North Berwick Coastal Community Connections, a charity dedicated to transforming loneliness and isolation into connection.

🎟️ Tickets on sale now: https://www.fringebythesea.com/hannah-lavery-michael-pedersen/
