A charity located in Newcastle, Co. Down Northern Ireland. Ultimately, we are here to help anyone who would like some support.

We are an organisation focused on helping people raise their self-esteem, their self-awareness and to develop a better understanding of self-care. We believe this helps individuals acquire a greater sense of confidence and self-respect, a priceless attribute in lifeโ€™s journey. As many of you are aware suicide, depression, relationships, physical health and financial issues have become too common i

n our communities and many people find aspects of their life a challenge. We at MYMY offer a safe and friendly space for individuals to work through the issues that are becoming a burden and affecting their everyday lives. We do this by providing services such as one-to-one counselling; complementary therapies, self-help groups, menโ€™s group, womanโ€™s group, book club and bereavement group, our groupโ€™s are open to everyone please contact us for further information.

MYMY has launched our ๐—๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—™๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ.

We are all feeling the financial pinch at the moment, so we are asking you for your loose change.
The coins that gather dust on your beside cabinet or fall down the back of the sofa.
We have a number of Jam Jars in store that we are asking you to bring home and fill up with that loose change.
Or if you bring into school a clean jam jar we can add a printed sticker to it.

Any money raised will be used to continue to provide a BACP accredited counselling to adults living in the local area.
