Don't forget to join us on a Solstice Walk on Saturday 20th June at 9am which will be guided by Sean Connolly.
Starting at the Percy French restaurant, our mindfulness walk will follow Newcastle’s beautiful seaside promenade, offering a chance to slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy the calming sights and sounds of the coast. As we make our way into Donard Park, you will learn simple breathwork techniques and mindfulness practices designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and help you feel more grounded in the present moment. This gentle experience can foster a greater sense of contentment, emotional stability, and self-confidence, leaving you refreshed, relaxed, and better equipped to navigate the demands of daily life.
