This Saturday is our next 5KYW kindly hosted by Greenham Common parkrun . Come meet our Ambassadors and join us for a run or walk , or simply a chat and a hug . We all either work within Cancer Care or have lived experience and understand the emotions that go with this disease . We also love to share the importance of movement .
Afterwards come join us at the Greenham Control Tower for a drink afterwards .
We have our meet point near the start of the parkrun , look for our Blue Flag 💙

A wonderful morning for 5KYW at Greenham parkrun . Today was dedicated to one of our founding Ambassadors Cathy Flynn and she made sure the sun shone down on us and there was warmth in the air . Lots came to chat and find out all about us , and really nice to see familiar faces getting back into their fitness , Thankyou all for joining us

Not long before our next 5KYW at Greenham common parkrun . This one will be dedicated to one of our wonderful founder Ambassadors Cathy Flynn who so very recently passed away after her own very courageous fight against cancer. Her love of adventure and her stoic determination will definitely be present and promoted by us all .
Come and say hello , we will be with the blue flag near the start line , and then join us after at the Control Tower cafe 💜
