🎉It’s so Support Worker, Will and some of our residents spent a brilliant morning volunteering at Newark Food & Well-being Hub at Beaumont Community Centre, raising awareness for this vital facility.👏🏻👏🏻

🎉 Residents said ‘It’s really good that there is a local food bank up the road and that staff have set it up for us to volunteer there with them. We always enjoy the time we spend working there.’ 👏🏻👏🏻

Well done to the children in Y6 for leading us in prayer and reflections during our Harvest Celebration last week. We gave thanks for those who grow and prepare our food and we prayed for those who do not have enought to eat. Inspired by the Feeding of the 5000, and the importance of sharing what we have, the children collected all of the generous donations from families and helped send them on their way to Newark Emmaus Trust. Thank you to Sally for giving her time to meet with the children and tell them how their donations will be used to help people in our town. Thank you to all the parents who came along to support the children too!
