We’ve had a lovely day of activities at the Community Hub today! 😊

Our main activities included some seated exercise, helping everyone get moving, stretching and staying active in a fun and accessible way. 💪🪑

We also got creative with some September and autumn-themed poster colouring. 🍁🍂 With autumn just around the corner, we’re starting to embrace those warm, cosy seasonal colours!

It’s always wonderful to see everyone getting involved, having fun and enjoying time together. ❤️

🧁 A lovely start to the week at the Community Hub!🧁

We’ve had a wonderful time getting stuck into Cupcake Day — from baking and decorating to, of course, the most important part… eating them! 😋🧁

We’ve also kept active with our morning exercise session and put our knowledge to the test with a fun animal quiz. 🐘🦁🐒

Lots of smiles, creativity, laughter and a great start to the week! 💕✨

We’ve had another fun-filled day at Silver Trees, with something for everyone to enjoy!

This morning, Manon led another fantastic French lesson, where we focused on the body. Everyone enjoyed learning the names of different body parts and practising how to use them in French. 🇫🇷👏

This afternoon, it was time for bingo! There was lots of excitement as everyone played along, with five lucky winners taking home prizes from the tuck shop. 🥳🍫🍬

A big well done to all our members for getting involved and making it such an enjoyable day! ❤️

What a lovely couple of days at Silver Trees Community Hub! ❤️

We’ve enjoyed a wonderful visit from Holy Trinity Church for a service, travelled to France during our armchair travel session 🇫🇷✈️, where we learnt all about the country and enjoyed trying some delicious French food! 🥐🧀

We’ve also kept our minds active with some fun brain games 🧠 and enjoyed plenty of friendly competition with our board games. 🎲

A fantastic couple of days filled with friendship, fun, learning and new experiences! 😊

🌿 What a lovely day at Silver Trees yesterday!

We started the morning with some enjoyable exercise, keeping everyone active and energised. After a tasty lunch, we got stuck into our Gardening Club 🌱🌸, spending time outdoors and giving our plants some much-needed care.

A wonderful day of exercise, good food, fresh air and community spirit! 💚

We enjoyed a lovely poetry morning, reading summer poems and getting creative by writing and sharing our own. 📖✍️

This afternoon, we put our aim and hand-eye coordination to the test with some fun agility games! 🎯🙌

A wonderful day of creativity, activity and lots of smiles! 💕😊

A lovely way to finish the week at Silver Trees! 😊

This morning, our members worked together to complete 10 Wordles in just one hour—and got every one correct! 👏🧩

Later, everyone got creative during arts and crafts, colouring posters ready for next week's Armchair Travel adventure to France. 🇫🇷🎨

Well done to all our wonderful members for another fantastic day of teamwork, creativity, and fun! 💙

What a wonderful day! 🎶🧠

This morning, our members and residents enjoyed a fantastic music sing-along, filling the home with smiles and some much-loved tunes.

This afternoon, it was time for a general knowledge quiz! It was a closely fought competition, with just 5 points separating the teams. Well done to everyone who took part – a great afternoon of fun, laughter, and teamwork! 👏💙

We started our day with our morning exercise, helping everyone stay active and energised. 💪😊

This afternoon, we marked Coastguard Day by watching an interesting documentary about the UK Coastguard Service. 🌊🚁 It gave us a great insight into the important work they do keeping people safe around our coastline.
