Last week was a powerful reminder of why community matters. 💜

Speaking at the Bloomers x Manchester Publicity Association next gen Summer Picnic, we were surrounded by people at every stage of their careers — from those just starting out to industry professionals with decades of experience.

And the one thing that stood out? The ambition, passion and hunger in the room. We cannot underestimate the power of bringing people together. Sharing experiences, making connections and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported can genuinely change the course of someone’s career.

That is why communities like Bloomers, MPA Next Gen and NABS Next Gen are so important. We must continue to champion them, invest in them and, most importantly, make sure they never disappear.
