Why are some people so easy to root for? 🌟

In our latest episode, host Lisa sits down with Lisa Morton (Founder & CEO of Roland Dransfield) to unpack the power of playing the long game in business and relationships.

They dive into the concept of building your “Manchester Bank Account”, the invisible wealth created through generosity, consistency, and showing up for others long before you ever ask for anything in return.

Reputations walk into the room before you do. Learn how small deposits, like making introductions, celebrating others’ wins, and solving problems, create an unstoppable compound effect for your professional network.

If you want to build genuine social capital and a network that actively champions your success, this episode is a masterclass. Because the best networks aren’t built by asking, they’re built by giving.

Our latest podcast episode is out now! 🎙️

This month we dig deep on the hot topic of body image. This isn’t a new discussion point, but it’s one that is constantly evolving alongside body ‘trends’ within media representation.
The stats excruciatingly speak for themselves, and highlight the scale of this topic in taking over culture and burdening all genders and age ranges. It is also an area in which everyone has their own very personal experience.

We’re checking in with guests Laura Betts and Josh Fairclough to understand how the land lies now across media, social media and branding, and questioning whether there is anything that can be done to nurture a more positive outlook on body image for all shapes, sizes, and generations to come.
