. We do not operate under any other name than our official name of Human Appeal, there are no alternative versions of our official name and we use the logo as detailed on our social media only. We are a UK INGO legally registered in the UK with charity registration number 1154288. Human Appeal operates around the world to save lives in collaboration with recognised global organisations such as the United Nations.

Share this story of a challenge faced and overcome, helping orphans around the world.

What a journey. Our incredible group conquered Mount Kilimanjaro, trekking through lush rainforest, across the Shira Plateau, and all the way to Uhuru Peak, Africa’s highest free-standing mountain. Every step was taken with purpose, raising vital support for orphans around the world.

Among them was our Global Director of Fundraising, Zaheer Khan, who fulfilled a 15-year promise by climbing alongside his 16-year-old son. Together, they turned a personal milestone into a powerful act of solidarity for families in need.

Every step taken and every challenge overcome helped raise vital funds to support our humanitarian work around the world.

“A hot meal is more than just food – it provides dignity, comfort and reassurance during difficult times.”

Human Appeal has partnered with Birmingham Central Mosque Foodbank to provide freshly prepared meals every Thursday to individuals and families facing financial hardship.

This project is about more than meeting an immediate need; it’s about supporting communities with compassion, dignity and care when they need it most. Together, we’re helping ensure that no one has to face difficult circumstances alone.

Our team in Syria has recently started working on rebuilding 50 damaged homes in Ain Al-Qantara village, in the Lattakia countryside.

The project aims to restore safe and dignified living conditions for vulnerable families by repairing war-damaged houses, allowing them to return to secure homes and rebuild their lives.

Through this intervention, we’re seeking to improve the safety and well-being of affected households, reduce protection risks, and strengthen the resilience of the local community after years of war.

Rama Hijazi is 11. She lost both her legs in an airstrike that killed her cousin. She can no longer play with her friends — but she still dreams of becoming a surgeon to treat other injured children.
