Our membership is made up of over 340 social housing landlords, covering over 3 million homes. By informing tenants how to challenge, influence and control how their housing services are delivered, we can improve tenants’ quality of life and help landlords operate more effectively and efficiently. As one of the first organisations to specialise in tenant involvement at a national level, we’ve been

leading the way ever since; successfully joining up government policy with front-line service delivery and grassroots tenants’ groups.
