Our detectives have launched a murder investigation following the death of a man in .

We were called at 10.21pm on Monday 7 September 2026, following reports of an assault at a property in Knightrider Street.

Our officers attended the scene alongside other emergency services and a man in his 40s was found inside the property with injuries consistent with a stab wound. He died whilst being
treated by paramedics at the scene. His next of kin has been informed.

A 26 year old man and a 22 year old woman were both arrested at the scene in connection with the incident and they remain in custody while enquiries continue.

We’re still voting Reform… right? 😂

At this point, choosing a political party feels less like deciding who you trust and more like deciding who you distrust the least.

Another undercover video, another round of “well… that’s awkward.”

Labour, Conservatives, Reform, Lib Dems… it seems every time someone starts looking closely, something questionable appears somewhere.

So genuinely, what are we supposed to do?

Vote for the policies?
Vote for the leader?
Vote for the local candidate?
Draw a little sad face on the ballot paper?

Maybe we need an option that simply says:

“None of the above. Please try again.” 😂
