We're offering a charity place in the London Marathon in return for a fundraising commitment of £2,000 for East Cheshire NHS Charity.

Every pound raised helps support patients, families, and NHS staff across East Cheshire, funding projects and equipment that go above and beyond standard NHS provision.

Congratulations to Jenny for completing her 100KM challenge in May👏

During the challenge, Jenny raised over £1200 for the Special Care Baby Unit at Macclesfield Hospital🩷

Jenny said: “Having a baby in neonatal care is a terrifying experience, but the team at Macclesfield SCBU were absolutely incredible. They made me feel so supported and cared for that it felt like I’d known them for years, nothing was ever too much trouble, and I knew I wanted to give something back."

Good luck to Katie who is starting her 70 miles in June challenge to raise funds for the Special Care Baby Unit at MDGH👏

Katie said, “My twin boys Ronnie and Ray are now 7 months old. They had an early arrival in Macclesfield Hospital when they arrived at 35weeks+1 day and they stayed within the special care unit for 17 days. The care was incredible, my partner Luke and I are always so thankful for the care we received."

"I wanted to try and give back in some way so I thought I would take on a challenge of walking 70 miles in June. Please donate, it’s for such a special cause for premature babies, which is very close to my heart for Ronnie and Ray. Whether it’s as little as a £1, let’s raise money for the Special Care Baby Unit in Macclesfield.”
