🌧️ We may not have beaten the rain, but it certainly didn’t dampen our spirits at this month’s 5k Your Way! 💙

It was brilliant to welcome 4 newbies to the group this month — we hope you enjoyed the hill! 😜

With the summer holidays, a few of our regulars were flying the flag elsewhere, joining parkruns at Fell Foot 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer, Carlisle parkrun, Barnsley parkrun, and Amager Strandpark in Copenhagen. 🇩🇰🌍

As always, a huge thank you to The Park Tavern for opening up for us and providing us with yummy brownies to refuel. 😋

We’re hoping the weather stays nice and dry for our meet-up this Saturday (29th August).

Please join us at 8:45am by the blue flag at the Bandstand, South Park, Macclesfield parkrun to run, jog, walk, volunteer, or support your way.

Afterwards, we will head to The Park Tavern for coffee & cake.

Another brilliant weekend of parkrun tourism! 🏃‍♀️

Cathy & Lauren bagged another “flag” for their collection at Glen River parkrun🇮🇪
A huge shout-out to Run Director Patrice for making us feel so welcome — and to Rhona, who was an absolute star and even gave us a lift back to the hotel! 🤩

Elsewhere, Bobbie was at Congleton parkrun rocking her tutu for 2-2 Day — IYKYK 😉

Finally, Emma was celebrating her 1 year post-chemo milestone at Aberystwyth parkrun. Amazing work, Emma. We are all so proud of you! 💙

Three different countries, and the same message - let’s move against cancer!

We will see you next Saturday for our meet-up at Macclesfield parkrun - 8:45am by the Bandstand.

What better place to celebrate than at Pen*stone parkrun. A reyt grand morning was had by all.

Thanks to everyone at Pen*stone for such a warm Yorkshire welcome. Tha can't beat a Yorkshire parkrun! 💙

A smaller group than usual this morning as many of our regulars are away enjoying the summer holidays ☀️

It was great to welcome Hasan back to the group, and a huge congratulations to Tim on an incredible 400 (+1!) volunteer credits at parkrun. 👏💜

As always, we meet at 8:45am by the blue flag at the Bandstand Macclesfield parkrun to walk, jog or run in our own way. 🏃🚶‍♀️🦺

Afterwards, we’ll be heading to The Park Tavern for a well deserved cuppa. ☕️
