A relaxed weekly session for young people aged 11–17 to try the decks, explore music, meet new people and build confidence.

No experience needed—just an interest in music.

Curious about DJing? Start with one of our relaxed Digital DJ Taster Sessions, then take it further with our 4-week beginner course starting on 18th November.

Learn the basics, build confidence behind the decks and work towards your own 15-minute DJ set, ready in time for Christmas.

No experience needed.

Following the great response to our first DJ courses, we’re launching something a little different this summer…

🎧 Proper Sound Summer DJ Club

A weekly hangout for 12-17 year olds where you can learn to DJ, make new friends and spend time around people who share the same passion for music.

No pressure. No experience needed.

Whether you’ve never touched a set of decks before or you’ve already started mixing at home, you’ll get hands-on time with professional equipment in a relaxed, friendly environment.

We’re really excited to have Daz leading the sessions alongside 14-year-old DJ Banny, who’ll be there every week helping out and sharing his own experience from a young DJ’s perspective.

Come for a single session or book the full six weeks and build your confidence over the summer.
