Flowers, sunshine and a great team! ☀️🌻 This afternoon we got our hands dirty (and backs broken - that was just the leaders), adding some fresh colour to our flowerbed. A huge thank you to our four young members who helped us transform the flowerbed this afternoon (swipe to the final picture to see the full transformation). One of the girls missed the photo op but worked just as hard! 👩‍🌾💪

🦉✨ On Wednesday evening, our Brownies met in the hall for the final time this session. The girls in their final year of Brownies got to choose the games 🎲🎯 before we rounded off the evening with our awards ceremony 🏅.

It was fantastic to celebrate the achievements of so many girls, with badges awarded for this term's Skills For My Future theme 🌟, as well as the Girlguiding Ulster/Ulster Football Association Football Challenge Badge ⚽.

We were also delighted to recognise three Brownies who achieved their Bronze Award 🥉 and one Brownie who achieved her Gold Award 🥇 – a wonderful accomplishment for all of them!

During the evening, we announced our new Sixers and Seconders for 2026–27 and presented our new trophy for the Best Six 🏆. Points were earned throughout the year for attendance, teamwork, badge work and going the extra mile ⭐.

Congratulations to **The Gnomes** 🎉, who were this year's winners! Every Brownie should be proud of how well they worked together in their sixes throughout the year 🤝💫.

🚌 We've still got one more exciting trip to enjoy before we break for the summer ☀️, and we can't wait!

Last Wednesday evening, our Brownies took full advantage of the summer sunshine (which, in true Northern Ireland fashion, may have been our entire summer!) with a trip to Lurgan Park. The girls enjoyed toasting marshmallows and making s'mores, taking part in some water games, and generally having a fantastic time outdoors ☀️🌻.

Of course, no evening would be complete without a little chaos! What started as water games quickly turned into an impromptu water fight... The leaders may have instigated it 🫣🫠. Thankfully, everyone enjoyed the soaking and there were plenty of laughs all round. 💧😆🦉

Last Wednesday night our Rainbows finished their year on a massive high celebrating a year of fun, friendship and adventure 🙌🏼🎉.

A huge well done to our many girls who were awarded Bronze Rainbow Award! 🥉A special "Bravo" goes to our two superstars who reached the very top, achieving their Gold Rainbow Award, the highest award a Rainbow can achieve! 🥇🥇

It's time for a big transition with 16 of our Rainbows "jumping over" to join Brownies in September! 🌟 We will miss them all dearly, but we know they will have the best time during their next guiding adventure. Once a Rainbow, always a Rainbow! 🌈💖
