Join us on Thursday 15th October, 6.30pm - 8.30pm for our LFMNT Wave of Light evening at Gracehall, Lurgan ✨

A family friendly evening to come together, create, remember and light a candle for the little ones who remain part of our families.. 🤍

We will have creative activities for everyone, tea, coffee & traybakes and time to just be together..✨

At 7pm we’ll share our wave of light moment.. (think candlelight concert.. 🕯️)
followed by a short reflection and one minute of silence..

Join us for a morning of remembrance, connection and community as we walk or run together in memory of our babies and children.

📅 Saturday 26th September 2026
🕘 Meet: 9:00am (starting promptly at 9:30am)
📍 Hillsborough Forest, Park St, Royal Hillsborough, BT26 6AL

Choose what feels right for you:
💜 1 lap – 2.5k
💜 2 laps – 5k
We’ll meet in the main car park, look for our lovely volunteer Aoife with the LFMNT flag before making the short 5-minute walk together to the start point at the fox sculpture near the play park.

🚗 Parking is available at the forest park, and we recommend arriving a little early.

Whether you walk, jog or run, we’d love for you to join us in memory of your little one.

For 90 minutes, we’re giving you the chance to step out of everyday life and do something completely different together.

Get messy. Have a laugh. Make something. Enjoy some guilt-free fun and remember that being a couple can be about more than getting through the next thing on the list. 🥰

There’s no pressure to talk about grief. No expectations. Just time for the two of you to enjoy being together.
