Black and Brown women have been moving into business ownership at rapid rates.

What they have had to do, is try to fit into a system of building that leaves them at a disadvantage from the very beginning.

They are being given advice that does not suit their financial capabilities, their time capacity nor the types of businesses and projects they are building.

To put it simply, we are lacking infrastructure that really can help us build and grow well.

Now because we know more than any government department or financial institution what we need, we have built it.

We started with the Grant - because at the root of the large majority of our challenges, is lack of access to financial resources.

Then we built The Connectionship - because building with others should be a clear, viable and safe option for expansion and growth.

The Buyhership - because many women have been building assets, products and IP that has stagnated due to lack of visibility.

We’ve also because of demand built

The Start Point Scan which gives women a clear understanding of where they are and where they should realistically start from or continue from.

The Build Check has been developed because many women who applied for the FundHerShip Grant have asked for individual feedback. Now they can get it even more than that.

is leading the company into building these ecosystems and bringing the gap for thousands of women.

REPORTED: UNITED KINGDOM • 2026 • STILL MISSING

SUBJECT

ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE FOR BLACK & BROWN WOMEN IN UK BUSINESS

Description:

Known to exist in other communities, sectors and economic groups.

Witnesses report repeated sightings of:

* Short-term programmes
* Temporary funding pots
* One-off initiatives
* Research reports
* Awareness campaigns

None were confirmed to be the infrastructure itself.

IDENTIFYING FEATURES

A functioning economic infrastructure would typically include:

✓ Sustainable support beyond visibility campaigns

KNOWN IMPACT OF DISAPPEARANCE

Without infrastructure:

* Businesses remain underfunded

One diagnostic. A better match. Clear terms.

That is how we keep collaboration from turning into confusion.

With Connectionship, you start with a short assessment so we can understand how you work, what kind of partnership you’re ready for, and where a complementary founder can create real traction.

Then we make the introduction and give you the legal templates to build properly from the start — with ownership clarity, shared terms, and protection built in.

Take the Diagnostic and see what becomes possible when partnership is structured on purpose.

Access, delivery, or ownership? ⚖️

That question changes everything before two founders sign anything.

A strategic alliance can open doors. A joint venture can share risk and reward. A new co-owned company changes governance, control, and upside.

We built Connectionship to help you choose the structure that protects what you have while expanding what is possible.

Take the Diagnostic and see which path fits your growth.

“Safer” can be a trap.

We hear it all the time from women founders: building alone feels controlled, but it also keeps pressure, admin load, and growth ceiling in the same place.

That’s why we created a structured way to assess collaboration readiness, protect ownership, and identify where the right partnership could strengthen governance and move the business forward.

If you’ve been carrying too much alone, Begin Your Diagnostic and see what becomes possible with the right match.

The first call can look perfect.
The trust test comes later.

When both founders want to move fast, we look for structure: a clear Founder Growth Profile, NDA-protected introductions, and a process that shows whether both sides are ready to build responsibly.

That is how we help women founders collaborate without giving up ownership or risking their ideas.

Begin Your Diagnostic and see what a protected partnership path could look like for you.

Built it. No exit path. No clean next step.

That’s where too many women founders get stalled — the business is real, operating, and creating value, but it doesn’t fit the usual funding or scale-up boxes.

Buyhership gives that work a structured path forward through verification, valuation, and private introductions for sale, transfer, or expansion — while protecting the founder’s position along the way.

"Growth means giving up equity." That myth costs founders deals.

We see a different path every week: structured partnerships, licensing, and joint ventures that open new markets, share operations, and create revenue without handing over control.

Ownership stays with you.
Decision-making stays clear.
The right partner fills the gap.

If you’re building for scale and still want to keep your seat at the table, Take the Diagnostic.

Built a business that still works — but now what?

We’re for the founder who has customers, demand, and infrastructure, yet no longer has the same season or capacity for the next step.

And we’re for the buyer who wants a verified asset with real operations in place — not a story, not a concept, but a business with structure already built.

Buyhership creates a structured path for that handoff so value is not lost simply because the next step was not visible.

Most partnerships fail on math, not mission.

We ask founders one question first: how long until shared overhead, divided labor, or combined distribution beats staying solo?

If the deal cannot reduce burn fast enough, keep looking.
If it can protect ownership and pull revenue forward, the structure may be worth it.

Take the Diagnostic and see where collaboration actually makes financial sense.
