Exciting News from One Community Together!

We are delighted to launch our new project:

“Empowering Afghan Women Through English & Digital Learning”

Project Duration: January 2026 – June 2026

This initiative gives Afghan women in the London Borough of Brent the chance to:
• Learn English and improve digital skills
• Gain confidence and independence in daily life
• Connect with the community and build friendships
• Join weekly classes, one-to-one support, and social gatherings

This project is completely FREE!

Dear Friends,

We are proud to share another milestone in our ongoing commitment to serve our fellow Afghan community members in the UK.

One Community Together is pleased to announce the launch of a new support programme for Afghans living in London, particularly those residing in the Borough of Brent.

This new initiative focuses on community integration, employment support, and educational opportunities for our fellow countrymen and women.

Sessions are held every Friday for three hours at our centre.

In addition to this, our free English and Persian language courses are still ongoing. However, due to high demand, they are currently at full capacity. Those interested can register on our waiting list, and we will notify you as soon as a new intake becomes available.

As the founder of this organisation, I am proud that we have already supported many individuals and provided them with valuable services.

🇦🇫 To all our fellow Afghans: If you need support in any of the areas mentioned above, you are most welcome to visit our centre during the designated times and benefit from our services.

Good News!
One Community Together has established a new support center in the Brent area of London—with the support of the National Lottery Community Fund—to provide comprehensive assistance to individuals, especially Afghans women facing daily life challenges.

This center offers a safe, friendly, and welcoming space where people can access social services, take part in cultural programs, and collaborate with one another.

In addition, a free English language class for women has also been launched.

Time: Every Friday, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Location: Kingsbury Green Primary School
